Some cafes are useful. KYRO is memorable. The experience is built around the full rhythm of a visit: a serious morning coffee, breakfast that feels generous, something sweet later, and an evening atmosphere that eases naturally into a slower, more relaxed mood.
The menu balances familiar comfort with signature personality, so first-time guests feel instantly at ease while regulars still have reasons to come back again and again. That is the sweet spot that gives KYRO its own identity.
Espresso classics, bright signatures and iced drinks that make tropical afternoons feel even better.
Plates that look generous, eat comfortably and give the day a strong start.
Cheesecake, pastries and crepes that justify staying for one more course.
KYRO keeps its own identity after sunset, shifting from daytime cafe to a cozy evening destination.
KYRO started before the doors opened. It began with Roman leaving his home country after war changed everything, rebuilding life abroad, choosing the Philippines for a fresh start, and then meeting Kyra in Moalboal at exactly the moment when both of them were ready to imagine something of their own.
What followed was not a fast business launch but a slow, honest build: long-distance calls, daily planning, savings from separate jobs, a shared standard for hospitality, and the belief that Moalboal had room for a cafe with better coffee, better service and a warmer sense of care.
Built by Kyra and Roman as a 50/50 partnership with shared standards and shared responsibility.
Born from a long-distance promise, a new beginning in Moalboal and the decision to create something better together.
Centered on coffee first, then expanded into breakfast, food, pastry, hospitality, AC comfort and strong Wi-Fi.
KYRO Cafe was born from a long-distance promise, a shared dream, and the belief that Moalboal deserved better coffee, better service, and a place that truly cares about people.
Roman left his home country after war began, lived in Georgia, worked remotely as a web developer, and later chose the Philippines to improve his English through real daily practice.
One month after arriving in Moalboal, he met Kyra. What started as a short visit home from cruise-ship work turned into a relationship that changed both of their plans.
During seven months apart, they kept calling every day, saving money, refining the idea, and planning the place they wanted to open together when Kyra returned.
The name came first: KY from Kyra and RO from Roman. Then came the location search, the concept, the coffee focus and the step-by-step work of opening in Moalboal.

The room feels polished without turning cold. It is easy to drop in for a solo coffee, bring friends for brunch, meet someone for dessert, or settle into the kind of unhurried visit that ends with one more drink than planned.
Plated dishes, desserts and drinks are visual without feeling overworked.
Clean lines, soft light and a relaxed layout give the brand an easy premium feel.
KYRO works equally well for a quick stop, a group meal or a longer hang with drinks and dessert.
This is where people understand the brand immediately: clean presentation, strong appetite appeal and the kind of choices guests want to photograph, send to friends and order again on the next visit.

The coffee program is intentionally approachable. You can stay loyal to a well-made latte, cool off with a citrus-bright Bumble Coffee, or choose a sweeter Spanish-style cup that lands somewhere between espresso and dessert.
That range matters in a place like Moalboal. Travelers want a cafe they can trust instantly, and locals want one that keeps feeling good on the fifth, tenth and twentieth visit.
